DRAFT MINUTES
OF THE
Annual Parish Council Meeting
18th May 2021 at 7pm
Due to Covid 19 the Parish Council were unable to hold a meeting in the Parish Room.
This meeting was held in the grounds of Grosvenor House in a marquee kindly provided by the proprietor.
Present: Cllr D Forington, Cllr C Connolly, Cllr C Kernan. Cllr A Harris
Apologies: Cllr W Forington, Cllr M Kernan, Cllr C Bainborough
Election of Chairman
Cllr D Forington was nominated by Cllr C Connolly and Cllr A Harris and was duly elected.
Election of Vice Chairman
Cllr W Forington was duly elected as Vice Chairman

Memorial site – suggestions were an environmentally friendly picnic bench

FINANCE = At bank 30/O4/2021 = £13,174,83
Audit – this has been completed and signed by the Chairman
Internal audit- has been completed and an invoice received for £20
Cheque - for Clerk salary - £350
Churchyard Grass Cutting - £550
Invoice from C Sylvester internal auditor - £20 (to be noted this amount
added to Clerks cheque and will be paid by cash to internal auditor
New cheque book to be ordered book thanks to the Chairman

Items to include dog fouling and dog theft
Resignation of Clerk - Cllr C Connolly to draft an advertisement
