       2. Matters arising from the minutes

           Cllr C Bainborough to follow up with Quickline weekly.

           Benches for the memorial site likely to be in situ Spring.

          JB to make contact with Cllr Clio Perraton regarding the state of the roads in Carr Lane.

  1. Memorial Service

         The memorial service was well received.

  1. Salt box/grit bin 

          JB to order a 200-litre green grit bin from GritBins.net, £112.00 incl Vat

          Cllrs agreed that salt will be available for residents to use at their own risk.

          Risk assessment to be completed.

  1. Finance 

  • Precept 2022 23, Estimate agreed at £5,000. JB to submit estimate by 26.11.21.
  • Insurance renewal due 05.12.21, £382.70
  • Financial position at bank 30.09.2021 = £11,072.83
  • Accounts presented to 30.09.2021 and to date
  • Clerk’s salary and PAYE, awaiting Pin No from HMRC to finalise process
