 Parish Council Meeting

19th May 2020 at 7pm

 

Due to Covid 19 the Parish Council were unable to hold a meeting in the Parish Room.

NOTICE OF MEETING WAS GIVEN

VIA NOTICEBOARD

Usage of Internet may happen in the foreseeable future.

Present:  Cllr D Forington Chairman; Cllr W Forington Vice Chairman;

                Cllr C Connolly; Cllr C Kernan; Cllr M Kernan; Cllr A Harris;

                Cllr C Bainborough;

 

  1. March Minutes  

        Proposed: Cllr D Forington;Seconded: Cllr W Forington

        Accepted Unanimously;These minutes are a correct record of the meeting.

        The minutes were signed by the Chairman

 

  1. Land by St Peters Close

The title deed has now been received from Forbes Solicitors and furnished to the council by Burton & Dyson.

  Cllr D Forington;Seconded:  Cllr W Forington

Agreed unanimously that this transfer should proceed.

Clerk to contact Burton & Dyson to see what steps should be taken next.

 

  1. Finance

            3.1       Audit – AGAR to be returned to PKF Littlejohn

                        Internal audit has been completed and an invoice received for £20

            Cheque signed by the Chairman and the Vice Chairman -

 

            3.2 Cheque for Clerk salary - £350

            Cheque signed by the Chairman and the Vice Chairman

            Both cheques were agreed unanimously

 

            Meeting closed at 7.50pm        

          The next meeting will be Tuesday July 21st 2020 at 7pm
