     2.1         There has been no communication received from

                   Forbes Solicitors.  Burton & Dyson have tried but no

                   reply was received.  They requested that Cllr Bainborough                should try to contact ACIS.

   3.1 Audit

          Internal audit has been completed and Chairman has agreed

          this and cost of Internal Auditors work @£20

   3.2 Cheque for my salary - £350

  Both cheques have been given to David for signing.

The next meeting will be Tuesday July 21st 2020
